Anyways......... I think enough said about that!
On to my boy Franklin - I finally mastered the 2x2 rib tubular cast on, and cast on for this cardigan. Boy am I quite happy with the job done. I am not sure if the photo does it justice, but in real life it is quite elegant. I just need to learn how to take pictures like Brooklyntweed. Hmmph!
OK, short post for now..... mostly eye candy. Onward knitting.

So... did you get gauge with the aran weight? I think my cast-on looks fine because my colors are much more similar than yours.
Eye candy is always nice :) You should see my stash. It's embarrassing! But I love the additions to yours. Tweeds, yummy! Tubular 2x2 rib cast on, awesome. I'm trying to do a tubular 3x3 rib cast on at the moment. I've only done 1x1 tubular rib, so wish me luck :)
An elegant cast on can take a sweater from good to great, IMHO. Your tubular cast on is wonderful and I can't wait to see Franklin completed.
Lookin' good! And it looks like you make some great stash additions as well. Are there plans for those yarns, or did you just need to have them to pet them?
